Wednesday 10:15am-11:15am ALL GIRLS Athlete Strength Camp. 10-14 yr olds.
June 29-July 31st (5 Week Session).
Small group training (6-8 kids).
Athlete Strength Camps include:
- Dynamic warm-ups
- Core and balance training
- Proper instruction on standard strength moves like pushups, pullups, presses, lunges, and squats (Bodyweight, Bands, and Weights are used).
- FMU Signature athlete exercises like sled pushes, sled drags, strap pull-ups, bench hops, gator crawls, skaters, box blasts, & farmer's walks.
- *Girls' camps will include a little bit more emphasis on core and hip circuits for strength, mobility, and flexibility, as many injuries stem from postural issues as their hips/pelvis develop through adolescence.
